Hong Kong Young Chefs Club is the youth arm of the Hong Kong Chefs Association and a proud member of the World Association of Chefs Societies.

We are dedicated to grow and nurture the next generation of chefs in Hong Kong by bringing together current and future culinarians to provide opportunities for learning and personal development.

香港廚師協會 提早舉行的國際廚師日, 要多謝扶康會副主席施家殷先生同匡智松領綜合職業訓練中心 既蔡院長帶領各朋友來到會場享用愛心午餐自助餐。要多謝香港迪士尼酒店借出場地同Disney 義工朋友合辦今次既活動。 除左我地既廚師既代表,今日仲有邀請左三間本地學校既義工同學黎幫手,國際廚藝學院 、 香港專業教育學院柴灣分校 以及 香港理工大學酒店及旅遊管理系學院 SHTM
